Manuel & Clementina

• For us, hosting isn't a trade we learned — it's a way of being in the world. We built the Locanda around exactly that: a table to sit at, a room to stay in, and the time to do both slowly. Nothing designed to impress, everything meant to welcome. We wanted a place without labels: where those after a long dinner feel at home, and so do those after a little quiet; those who arrive with family, and those on their own. A place for everyone — which is the hardest thing to build, and the only one that interests us.
